- Provide basic care to patients or residents, such as bathing, assisting, dressing, repositioning patients or assisting them in the restroom
- Measure patient vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Serve meals and support feeding
- Record patient health concerns and report information to nursing or management staff
- Perform basic medical duties, including phlebotomy and conducting an EKG
