Todd Ruggiero

is a GED instructor at Woodstock Job Corps Center. In this role, Todd enjoys guiding and teaching young minds and being a positive influence. He received his degree from Wilmington University and is certified to teach social studies and special education. Todd is passionate about history and enjoys teaching his classes outside, weather permitting. In his free time, Todd loves to travel and play ice hockey.

Roy Smith

has worked in the heavy construction industry for over 15 years. Roy is a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers  Local 800 and has served as a Heavy Construction Equipment Operations instructor at Wind River Job Corps Center for a few years. He also trains students in OSHA construction procedures and helps students attain their commercial driver’s licenses.
